Due to our lack of "overhead", we are able to put all donations towards the medical bills of our rescues.

Our "Cat House" is home to approximately 60 cats who are permitted to roam free within the shelter. The Chimnissing Animal Rescue is a non-profit organization, who's mandate is to provide homes for unwanted animals on Native Reserves. The majority of dogs we get in are medium-large sized, mixed breed dogs. All our animals are vet checked, up to date in age appropriate vaccinations, treated with Revolution, and de-wormed with Pancur Suspension. And, if they're over the age of 6 month, are spayed/neutered before they are adopted. We currently do not have a shelter, we rely on foster homes.
