Youth Boatworks Canada (YBC) is a registered charity that works with At Risk & Disadvantaged youth using the Nautical and Marine world as the experiential medium of engagement. We teach youth leadership, teaming and transferable job skills through the process of building boats and then learning how to row, sail and navigate them. YBC is currently in the process of establishing a permanent home on the Toronto waterfront to develop and deliver unique experiential STEM based (science technology engineering & math) educational and job skill training programs.
