PHDALN is an incorporated, non-profit, charitable organization resulting from the amalgamation of the Peel Adult Learning Network and the Halton Adult Learning Network. PHDALN is one of sixteen regional literacy networks in Ontario.

We provide resource support to twelve literacy programs across three sectors: school board, college, and community-based.
