Parkdale Community Food Bank
1316 King Street West, Toronto, Ontario M6K1G8
The Parkdale Community Food Bank sits in the well-known Parkdale-High Park area, home to places such as Sunnyside Beach, The Canadian National Exhibition and Ontario Place. For the last six years we've made it our mission to provide food for those in need, the hungry and the impoverished. At the height of the housing bubble crisis, we've seen an increase of single men and women who'd gone from being the working poor barely able to make their rent, let alone scrounge for money to purchase food.
