What services does your organization provide? Recreational programs, before and after school programs, nutrition programs, clubhouse drop-in, homework help, special events
Do you have any age requirements? The minimum age requirement is flexible. We are however in need of volunteers 15+
Do you require language proficiency other than in English? No
What time commitment(s) are you expecting from a volunteer? 2-4 hours a month
Are there any other requirements for being a volunteer? Criminal record check for vulnerable sector (we pay for it)

What type of volunteer positions are typically available? Support staff, Administrative work, Rec volunteer leaders.
Do you provide training for volunteers? Yes, orientation in different programs
What are the typical volunteer activities occurring at your organization? Support at Rec Night and Community Suppers, Administrative, Girls Night and Boys Night positions, Movie nights
How will a person benefit from volunteering with Boys and Girls Club of Pembroke? They will feel better that they helped the kids of our community. It also can give them community hours, valuable experience for the workforce.
