What services does your organization provide?
Traditional Big Brother, Big Sister, Big Couple and In-School Mentoring programs. One to one mentoring through screened and trained volunteers.


Do you have any age requirements?
Minimum age of 18 years.


Do you require language proficiency other than in English?
None


What time commitment(s) are you expecting from a volunteer?
A minimum of one year
Traditional programs are 3-4 hours a week.
In-School Mentoring is 1 hour a week during the school year.


Are there any other requirements for being a volunteer?
Follow the mandatory monitoring requirements. Willing to go through the screening process and provide a police check.


Are there any specific skills and experience required?
Know how to develop a friendship with a child and know how to have fun.


What type of volunteer positions are typically available?
Big brother, big sister, big couple, in-school mentor, Board member and fundraising volunteer.

In house training, usually on a one to one basis.
