Animal Alliance of Canada Project JessieProject Jessie is a rescue network for lost, stray and abandoned cats and dogs in pounds where they are vulnerable to being sold for research. We also take animals from shelters who would otherwise euthanize them for inappropriate reasons such as overcrowding, older animals, medically needy animals, and animals that need socialization or have other challenges.
