Altona & Area Family Resource Group IncThe Altona and Area Family Resource Group (AAFRG) was formed in 1998. The original idea for this group came out of discussions at the Rhineland Interagency Team (RIAT) meetings. The need for a community based volunteer group, who would champion the cause of early childhood and family needs resulted in a community forum that gave rise to AAFRG.
