Entitled “Who Is at Risk? Predictors of Work-Life Conflict”, the report is the fourth in a series of six studies by Dr. Duxbury and her colleague, Dr. Chris Higgins (U of Western Ontario). The report names work culture and work demands as the two biggest culprits affecting work-life balance.
