September 13, 2005 Source: Carleton University: http://www.carleton.ca/duc/News/news09130503.html Carleton University Residence Staff and Students Come Together To Raise Money For Children’s Foundation Event: Carleton’s Residence Life Staff, along with residence students, have organized a car wash to raise funds for the Ottawa Children’s Treatment Centre Foundation When: 9 a.m.- 3 p.m., Saturday, September 17, 2005 Where: Drummond’s Gas Station, 635 Bronson Ave., Ottawa Background: Carleton University Residence Life staff, with the support of the Department of Housing and Conference Services, are pleased to be organizing and hosting a car wash for the Ottawa Children’s Treatment Centre Foundation. The Centre is a bilingual health organization that serves 2,500 children and youth that have more than one long-term disability. Through its behaviour management programs, the Centre also serves adults with developmental disabilities.
