The University of Windsor's Master's of Business Administration for Managers and Professionals (MBA-MP) is a general management program designed to develop and enhance the skills of managerial and professional employees 'in all business disciplines including' Accounting, Business Strategy and Policy, Finance, Human Resources, Management Science, and Marketing. The Program is available in Kitchener and in Windsor and is 2 years in duration with classes held on Fridays and Saturdays, usually on alternating weeks, which may be supplemented with online-based instruction where and when required. Students who hold a recently obtained Bachelor of Commerce degree may be eligible for the "Direct Entry Option" which would allow them immediate entry into the second year of the MBA-MP program.
