Restorative Justice Chatham-Kent is a charitable, not for profit agency, with a mandate to provide alternative measures to youth between the ages of 12 and 17. Examples of such alternative measures are Pre-Charge Diversion and Restorative Justice Community Conferencing, funded by the Ministry of Children and Youth Services and delivered in conjunction with the Chatham-Kent Police Service, as they diligently screen and refer the appropriate youth cases to the agency.
