We are a registered charitable organization providing community services to the residents of the Town of Essex and neighbouring municipalities in the County of Essex since 1975. Our agency is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. Approximately 100 volunteers participate on committees or assist with direct service each year. Our clients include men, women, children, families, frail elderly, low income individuals of all ages, disabled persons, as well as the unemployed and under-employed.
