One of the more notable alumni is Eddie Francis, who became the youngest city councilor, in 1999, and youngest mayor, in 2003, in the history of the City of Windsor. The Career Services Office (CSO) at the Faculty of Law is committed to assisting 'law students and law alumni with their legal and law-related career development and planning' by providing numerous, on-going services. Such services include clarifying career goals, researching career opportunities, and promoting 'the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law and its students to employers in an effort to increase the opportunities available to both law students and alumni.'
