Undergraduate Law DegreesAcademically, at the undergraduate level, the Faculty offers a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), with concentration options in First Nations Legal Studies and Feminist Legal Studies, and Certificate in Natural Resources Law and Policy. The LLB may be combined with a Master's degree in either Asia Pacific Policy Studies or Business Administration. Moreover, undergraduate students may earn credit towards their respective LLB degrees learning in 1 of over 80 law schools around the world with which the Faculty is partnered. Student can opt to study in, among other countries, Australia, Denmark, France, Holland, Japan, Mexico, Scotland, Singapore, South Africa, and the USA.
Graduate Law DegreesAt the graduate level, the Faculty affords the Master of Laws (LLM), Master of Jurisprudence in Common Law (M. Jur. (Common Law)), and Doctorate (Ph.D) Degree. The LLM and Ph.D programs offer students the option of specializing in Natural Resources and the Law, via the Natural Resources Law Program. The M. Jur. (Common Law) degree is designed primarily for 'international law graduates from non-common law countries' who hold a 'Bachelor of Laws degree or its equivalent from an approved law faculty.'
