Description of Halifax Student Alliance The Halifax Student Alliance is a newly created municipal lobby group that aims to improve the quality of student life in the Halifax Regional Municipality. We will work to create sound policy, quality research and pragmatic solutions surrounding crime and safety, quality and cost of living and transportation, all issues that affect students pursuing a post-secondary education in the HRM.
