The Alberta Bible School, located in Calgary, Alberta in Canada was founded in July, 1932. The college offers courses and degrees that enable students to be in service of the church and spread the Lord’s word. It offers a wide variety of courses and degrees tailor-made to suit the requirements of each student. The four year degree programs include the Bachelor of Theology, Bachelor of Sacred Literature and Bachelor of Religious Education. If you are above 25 years old and want to complete a degree program in 2 years you can opt for the PACE program. There is also the Alberta Bible School distance education program called eQuip, which allows you to complete the course at your own pace from the comfort of your home. The college also has short duration programs including the 2 year Diploma in Christian Ministries and 1-Year Certificate in Christian Foundations (The Rock). At this college it is not all about spiritual growth as students are encouraged to practice what they preach in day to day activities including sports. Students at Alberta Bible College have the opportunity to play on a volleyball team, a men's basketball team, floor hockey, table tennis and other athletic activities. Graduates from Alberta Bible School are serving the ministries of many churches across Canada, USA and in twenty-one foreign countries. See also:
