Institution ProfileHelsinki Polytechnic Stadia was officially opened on January 1, 1999, by including four new institutions to it, with the last two additions being made in August, 2000. At present, the Polytechnic offers 40 bachelor’s as well as master’s degree programs. There are around 16 campuses spread across the city.
In addition to the full time courses, Helsinki Polytechnic Stadia offers short courses and evening classes in combination with open polytechnic and customized teaching. Students can pursue studies in Social Services, Nursing, Information Technology, and Industrial Management. They are taught in English. The other degree programs have Finnish medium of teaching.
