Admission to the graduate programs in computer science requires completion of an undergraduate degree in a related subject such as computer science, software engineering, or mathematics, with at least a B+ average. Additional experience in a computer science environment, such as that gained through directed studies or industry employment is considered an asset. To be admitted to a PhD program, students must have completed a Master's degree in computer science.
In all computer science graduate programs, the supervisor must be chosen prior to final admission.
