Most classes are offered during evening and on weekends too apart from the regular daytime classes. It offers more than 100 transfer and career programs leading to associates degrees, certificates, and diplomas. It has about 1,200 full- and part-time employees and serves nearly 300,000 students. Northampton Community College offers an Associate in Applied Science degree in Paralegal studies that is ABA approved. The institution also has articulation agreements with two colleges; Peirce College, Philadelphia, and the Pennsylvania College of Technology, Williamsport, PA which ensures that students may pursue a bachelor's degree in paralegal studies. Students are taught by faculty who are professionally qualified with many years of experience and who are currently practicing. Students have to undergo a compulsory internship program at a private law firm, corporate legal office, or governmental law office.
