Alfredo Ortega and Angel Herrera. Their talk is entitled, "Marine Protected Areas and Biodiversity Conservation in Mexico and Costa Rica." Dr. Ortega is a researcher with the Northwestern Centre for Biological Research in La Paz, Baja California, Mexico, and Dr. Herrera is the Executive Director, Marine Park of the Pacific, Universidad Nacional, Costa Rica.
