The award is valued at $10,000 per year and is renewable for three additional years. Recipient Samantha Doherty of Saint John, N.B., is a recent graduate of St. Malachy’s Memorial High School. Ms. Doherty is enrolled in the arts program at UNB Fredericton. She is the daughter of Brenda Doherty. Recipient Xu Liang Li of Fredericton, N.B., is enrolled in the science program at UNB Fredericton. Mr. Li, a recent graduate of Fredericton High School, is the son of Jin Tang Li and Wan Xia Wei. Recipient Kristina Rodgers, of Mundleville, N.B., is a recent graduate of Bonar Law Memorial High School. She is enrolled in the science program UNB Fredericton. Ms. Rodgers is the daughter of Terry and Judy Rodgers. The university and its donors are pleased to provide financial support to students through the granting of scholarships.
