Released: Oct. 13, 2005 Lieutenant Governor Dr. Lynda Haverstock announced the names of 12 recipients of the Saskatchewan Order of Merit on October 11. Six recipients have strong ties to the University of Saskatchewan as alumni and several are also faculty members. They are: Freda Ahenakew, Maria Campbell, Dr. James Dosman, Dr. Bryan Harvey, John (Frank) Roy, and Dr. Aruna (Annu) Thakur. For more information, refer to the official news release:
