Carleton University Professor to Discuss the Revival of Spiritual Life in Contemporary Canada

Event:
Dr. Peter Emberley, Professor of Political Science and Philosophy, at Carleton University in Ottawa will be in Montreal to discuss the revival of spiritual life in contemporary Canada. This event is part of the Faculty of Carleton University Speaker (FOCUS) series for Carleton alumni and potential students, a nation-wide series of speaking engagements featuring some of Carleton’s most dynamic researchers. Carleton’s new President, Dr. David Atkinson, will also be attending.

Background:
Peter Emberley is the author of Divine Hunger: Canadians on a Spiritual Walkabout. Of the 400 people he interviewed for his book, many said they had experienced some kind of moment which had led them to believe they had encountered a divine mystery.
