BU Visual and Aboriginal Arts Department presents "Plea$ures for the Eye" at The Glen P. Sutherland Gallery of Art

Having trouble shopping for that special someone? Frustrated by the mass produced merchandise offered by the big box stores? Just in time for the gift-giving season, the Glen P. Sutherland Gallery of Art has a show and sale for you! "Plea$ures for the Eye," an ode to beauty, will showcase all original paintings, drawings, ceramics and more created by Brandon University Visual and Aboriginal Arts students and faculty. And all will be available for purchase.

The show opens on Friday, December 1 at 6:30 p.m., will run until December 16, 2006, and resume from January 4 until January 12, 2007.

The Glen P. Sutherland Gallery of Art is located on Victoria Avenue between 20th and 21st Streets. Please Note that the gallery entrance is on the north side of the building, facing the parking lot. Gallery hours are: Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Thursday from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
