Wilfrid Laurier University offers an Executive Masters in Technology Management program where learners earn an Master of Science (MSc) in Management after the completion of the program. The EMTM program is a part-time program for working professionals and learners will meet at the Waterloo campus every other weekend. With the program residing in the hotbed of innovation in Canada, the Laurier EMTM combines modern management practices, as well as insights on emerging technologies that are driving global innovation and change. The EMTM program aims to offer a unique blend of relevant courses and training in the management of technology and innovation. The length of the Executive Masters in Technology Management program consists of 23 weekends spanning over 11 months. Each weekend includes a total of 12 in-class hours, however learners can expect to spend approximately 10-20 hours per week for work outside of class.
