The University of Lethbridge's Master of Science in Management is an intensive, research-based program of 1 year in duration that is designed to provide 'students with the knowledge and hands-on experience to conduct rigorous and scholarly investigation into an issue facing organizational and business management in their chosen major.' Students will be required to major in 1 of 8 areas of specialization, chosen from Accounting, Finance, General Management, Human Resource Management and Labour Relations, Information Systems, International Management, Marketing, or Strategy, on which they must successfully complete, submit, and defend a master's research project.
