McGill University's Desautels Faculty of Management and Faculty of Engineering offer the Master in Manufacturing Management (MMM), a specialized and intensive program whose goal is 'to graduate individuals with integrated skills in engineering, management and leadership' who possess specialized knowledge in logistics, manufacturing, and supply chain, and who have the abilities required for successfully 'dealing with the changing demands of the global economy.' The Program may be completed on a full-time basis over 12 months or on a part-time schedule over 3 to 5 years; the latter option is, however, only available to 'individuals living and working in the Montreal area.' Additionally, full-time students must partake in a 4-month work term at an industry location while part-time students may either undertake a work term or a major project.
