The Kenneth Levene School of Business at the University of Regina offers a career-oriented Master of Business Administration (MBA) program which is designed to expose students to all the functional areas and disciplines of management, including financial management, human resource management, marketing, organizational behaviour, and project management, while also developing their respective analytical, inter-personal, and strategic management skills which are required to become responsible, effective executives and managers in the public or private sector. The Program is flexible and each student may develop a course package which 'best meets the needs' of his/her 'academic and professional goals' including choosing between a course-based format, which must be completed within 6 years, and project-based format, which is to be completed within 5 years. Furthermore, the Program will allow students to work while they learn as classes will be offered online and/or 'in the evenings and Saturdays throughout the year' as well as one-week block courses. Interested applicants who do not possess an undergraduate degree may be considered for admission to the Program via 'the mid-career admission option' provided they have at least '7 to 10 years of relevant mid-management experience and meet all other admission requirements of the program.'
