The University of Victoria offers the Master of Business Administration in Service Management program whose primary goal is to graduate students with the broad-based and cross-functional strategic approach to business decision-making which is required to resolve complex business issues. The Program will expose participants to a broad understanding of the key functional areas of business and their interdependence while enabling them to specialize in Service Management providing them with a deeper understanding of its key components, including human resource management, marketing, operations, strategy, and technology, which will help students 'establish and maintain superior service quality within the context of global competitiveness.' The Program may be completed in 17 months on a full-time basis or within 3 years on a part-time schedule.
