Designed for working professional, particularly executives and managers, with at least 7 years of relevant work experience who desire to advance their education while continuing to work, the Kenneth Levene Graduate School of Business at the University of Regina offers the Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA). The latter is a 16-month, part-time program whose primary goal is to expose students to the latest theories and research relating to the practice of Management in an effort to equip them with the administrative, entrepreneurial, and leadership skills, and global consciousness and perspectives needed to meet the modern demands of today's executive management. Except for two 1-week courses, classes will be held on Fridays and Saturdays and participants must complete a major thesis project 'under the supervision of a faculty member' which will examine a topic relevant to student's professional interests or current place of employment. Interested applicants who do not possess an undergraduate degree may be considered for admission to the Program via 'the mid-career admission option' provided they have at least over 7 years 'relevant mid-management experience and meet all other admission requirements of the program.'
