Responsibilities Purpose: Reporting to the Academic Director, the Program Director is responsible for providing leadership and direction for the administration and delivery of the joint Kellogg-Schulich Executive MBA Program (offered by Northwestern University, USA and York University). The emphasis for this role will be on recruiting a fiscally sound class, achieving high student satisfaction and ensuring compliance with York University's academic policies in delivering the joint program. The Program Director works closely with the Academic Director to assure a high quality program.

Experience and Qualifications Education: MBA or Masters level degree in a related field of study. Experience: Minimum 6 years of Executive MBA Program or executive education experience or equivalent. Experience in recruiting and working with executives. Program and project management experience. Awareness of the EMBA market and competing EMBA programs. Knowledge of the academic policies and approval process at York University as well as the University's financial policies is a definite asset. Skills: Demonstrated commitment to client service; evidence of strong leadership and team building skills; proven ability as a strategic thinker; excellent organizational and financial management skills; excellent presentation and public speaking skills; strong public relations and marketing skills; experience in digital marketing an asset; strong sales and negotiations skills; successful experience managing a substantial budget; a seasoned supervisor; excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills; counseling skills; well-developed project management and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to work under pressure and sustain a high level of professionalism; high competence in building effective working relationships both internally and externally and at all levels; proven record in finding creative solutions to issues and problems; demonstrated initiative; superior attention to detail.
