Territory Manager - Retail - Vetoquinol Canada Inc.

Overview

To maximize the sales of Vetoquinol products and customer satisfaction in his/her territory through: professional, structured and adapted sales; development of favourable relations with customers and opinion leaders; personalized service and high-quality support to customers, application of the Marketing Operational Plan. To contribute to the building, maintenance and updating of the customer information database for his/her territory. To provide accurate, complete and timely market intelligence to sales management, to the marketing department and to other colleagues when relevant. To conduct regular analysis of sales results, deviations and trends using the available resources in order to: Identify opportunities and threats within his/her territory; Improve focus and efficacy at a territory level. To provide help and advice for customers on how to maximise stock turnover, and therefore sales, through proper merchandising of OTC products.

Experience and Qualifications

University or technical degree English language required, verbal and written, Functional computer knowledge in Windows environment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and specific tools (CRM) Field sales experience (minimum 3 years) and experience in the animal health industry (assets) Results driven Interpersonal / Communication skills Organization skills Ability to analyze and solve problems Ability to adapt to change Team work
