Overview St Joachim Manor has partnered with others in the community to host a picnic to connect those who are the most helpful in our community to those with the most need (homeless, mentally impaired, elderly). This is a free event and includes games, speakers, music, free food and care packets to be given to our guests. It will take place on June 2, 2012 from 1pm to 5pm at 2718 County Raod 42, St. Joachim ON N0R 1S0

Responsibilities Volunteers are needed to: Distribute flyers Set up prior to the picnic and clean up afterwards Provide entertainment Interact with our guests Donations of clothing, toiletries, etc. are needed

Experience and Qualifications Anyone with a passion to reach out to those in need, such as the homeless, elderly or mentally impaired are welcome to help us in our efforts to strenghthen our community.
