We are looking for an Engineer, Substations Design to design substation projects, to lead and manage teams of employees on a day to day basis to coordinate and manage construction projects for substations served at transmission voltage (72 kV and higher-34.5/25 kV) including the management of project budgets. This position is also responsible to provide engineering support to the Transmission & Distribution regions substation facilities and apparatus to maximize the life of facilities and minimize the maintenance/replacement costs.


Experience and Qualifications

Successful applicants will have a university degree in electrical or industrial systems engineering, be eligible for membership in the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan (APEGS) and possess more than 4 years engineering experience including the ability to manage and coordinate multiple large projects in a changing environment. You will also have strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
