This position is responsible for the leadership and direction of staff to facilitate, promote and support the development of an Asset Management Program for power production facilities that is integrated with the corporate initiative, plus the advancement of online monitoring and diagnostic programs to develop and implement key performance indicators for power production facilities. This position will also play a key role in providing professional expertise, recommendations and solutions for major business renewal initiatives to meet future generation needs. Experience and Qualifications Your background ideally includes a bachelor's degree in engineering and you must be eligible for membership with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan. You have several years business and technical experience in an industrial environment and you are known for your strong interpersonal and communication skills. You are an innovative thinker with the ability to lead multiple large projects in a demanding and changing environment. Preference will be given to individuals possessing a bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial systems or electrical engineering and a professional engineering designation.
