Our successful candidate will utilize their engineering knowledge and expertise to develop an inventory of electric supply options and prepare and coordinate technical studies of electrical generation technologies. The individual in this position will also provide technical support for the planning, analysis, and development of electrical generation projects and energy policies.

Experience and Qualifications Your specialized history includes a university degree in engineering with several years of engineering experience in generation planning or related engineering experience in the development of generation projects. Your technical background must include experience in the design, operation, modeling and planning of electrical generation facilities. You are known for your strong project management skills, leading multiple projects from start to finish and have expertise in project scheduling and engineering economic analysis. You must be eligible for membership in the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan and possess strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills and have the unique ability to develop innovative solutions to problems. Preference will be given to candidates with a bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
