Overview Travel Sales Staff - High School Sales Division Location: Ontario Do you love sales and networking? Do you have the ambition to meet sales targets. This position is for someone who is ready to take on the challenge of managing relationships and selling our awesome trips. S-Trip! is a leading niche travel company with an energetic and enthusiastic corporate culture. We organize unique and innovative student tours for young travelers to destinations across the world. S-Trip! is the student travel division of the Handa Travel Group. Together we are a team of over 100 experts that have been creating travel experiences since 1976. We have 15 offices across Canada as well as India & the Dominican Republic. We are looking for competitive sales staff with 2 to 3 years experience in sales. This person must be ready to work with our incredible sales team and network with potential leads. You must have the drive, ambition and ability to close sales. Sales staff will work on developing strategies that will define our company and set us apart from other student travel organizations. You would be working with our clients face to face and via phone to help them plan incredible travel experiences year round. You should enjoy the challenge of selling trips and not shy to speak up. We are expanding our regions and trip offerings, therefore the sky is the limit!

Responsibilities Responsibilities:
Call high school and university students to sell them trip packages Responsible for networking leads and ensure sales closure Contact clients via phone, email, face to face, and by social media Facebook Build and maintain strong relationships with your clients Maintain record of new leads Meet sales deadlines requested by the Sales Managers Provide sales reports to top management Follow up on payments and outstanding inquiries from clients Conduct market research and provide solutions to improve sales

Experience and Qualifications Skills:
Outgoing, approachable, extrovert, self-starter, competitive, commission driven, not afraid to sell Youthful – capable of working with teens, young adults and parents Ability to set and achieve goals and meet deadlines Must have Valid G2 or G driver’s license Proven natural sales ability and experience Superior communication skills Professional service provided to any age demographic Superior computer knowledge – MS Office, Google Searching Education: College or University degree in Business or related field Details: This is a full-time position and will be filled immediately. Compensation will be based on qualifications.
