Responsibilities What you'll learn: ● Develop competencies in logistics with tasks like creating and inputting hotel and flight itinerary, creating hotel/tour vouchers, etc. ● Increase organizational proficiency by creating rooming lists, tracking payments, deadlines and outstanding inquiries. ● Master attention to detail identifying by identifying and correcting discrepancies between sources of information.

Experience and Qualifications Who you are: ● You LOVE to travel and have had experience planning and booking a trip on your own. ● An analytical thinker with an aptitude for meeting deadlines and problem-solving under pressure. ● Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and extremely detail-oriented in administrative tasks. More Details: This is an unpaid 4 month (Sept-Dec) full time internship. TTC travel will be reimbursed
