Responsibilities What you'll learn: ● Gain a hands-on experience of full cycle recruitment-- from marketing openings to resume screening and conducting telephone and in-person interviews for various roles. ● Improve your technical adaptability by learning our Human Resources information systems to keep track of candidate records. ● Work with the Culture Coordinator and learn how to identify, describe and market workplace culture both internally and externally. ● Practice friendly and timely communication and professional correspondence dealing with candidates directly on an ongoing basis. ● Develop your attention to detail in tasks such as determining contract details. ● Participate in staff meetings and a variety of other HR initiatives involving employee engagement, culture, new recruitment strategies, employee branding and others.

Experience and Qualifications Who you are : ● A fun and friendly people-person with great communication skills. ● Knowledgeable of the Human Resources industry and passionate about keeping up with current HR and Business trends. ● Eager to take initiative expressing ideas and pitching new projects. More Details: This is an unpaid 4 month (Sept-Dec) full time internship. TTC travel will be reimbursed.
