Responsibilities What you'll learn: ● Improve your professional correspondence and interpersonal skills negotiating with suppliers, helping clients with inquiries and communicating with your fellow friendly staff! ● Develop competencies in logistics with tasks like creating and inputting hotel and flight itinerary. ● Increase organizational proficiency by creating rooming lists, tracking payments, deadlines and outstanding inquiries. ● Master attention to detail identifying and correcting discrepancies between sources of information.

Experience and Qualifications Who you are: ● A people-person who is comfortable talking to just about anyone! ● Responsible and dependable with an aptitude for problem solving and time-management. ● Ambitious to take on new challenges and apply yourself across a variety of inter-departmental tasks. ● Fluent in Spanish and French (is an asset). ● Knowledgeable of the travel industry (is an asset). More Details: This is an unpaid 4 month (Sept - Dec) full-time internship with TTC travel reimbursed.
