Responsibilities

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: recruiting student leaders through a combination of sales leads, networking, school visits, sales calls, and in-field meetings
  • Relationship Management: coach and motivate student leaders to drive excitement through our proven 6 step sales process
  • Account Management: drive passenger sign ups by eliminating obstacles and objections for all students
  • Territory Management: grow and solidify the existing tradition in every school
  • Quality Assurance: travel with student groups during peak periods to ensure we over-deliver on every promise

  • Experience and Qualifications

  • Youthful Mentality: enjoys working with teens, young adults, and parents
  • Ability to set and achieve goals and meet deadlines
  • 2-3 years experience of in sales, preferably with outbound sales
  • Driver's License and own vehicle is required Education: College or University degree preferred Compensation: $35,000 - $45,000 base salary plus commission, monthly car allowance, cell phone expense, and president's club awards. This is a full-time position and will be filled immediately.
