Responsibilities Key Responsibilities/Duties:
Managing Trip Leaders on a daily basis to ensure smooth operations. Providing support to Trip Leaders on a personal and professional level. Helping in the coordination of excursions with other coordinators. Helping to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all passengers trip. Making the hard decisions and understands the importance of being the disciplinarian. Leadership experience is must!!! (Frosh/Orientation Leader, Residence Advisor, Coaching and Camp Counsellor experience are all suitable forms of relevant leadership experience)

Experience and Qualifications Skill, Experience, and Educational Requirements:
Has past experience working with youth in a leadership role. (Frosh/Orientation Leader, Residence Advisor, Coaching and Camp Counsellor experience are all suitable forms of relevant leadership experience) Past experience coordinating/ implementing large scale programs. Attendance at our mandatory pre-trip training session. Completed or pursuing College or University Degree. Must be able to commit to pre-trip and on-going training throughout the year. Must be comfortable working long hours and evening shifts supervising the students on destination. Proven negotiation and problem solving skills. Ability to multitask and deal with stressful situations. Valid passport. Outgoing and positive. Fluent in French and Spanish is an asset. Salary: This is a part-time contract position. Your compensation will depend on the duration of the trip.
