We have full-time openings for experienced and entry level operators to work in our state-of-the-art Operational Control Centre. Our Operations Centre is both "AA" ULC and "5-Diamond" CSAA certified and is one of the largest in Western Canada. Starting pay rate is dependent on experience and increases relative to training and performance. Extended health and dental benefits and transit assistance are also available after 3 months.

Typical duties include:

Alarm monitoring and dispatch for tens of thousands of homes & businesses

Coordinating emergency support for Security Officers and Clients

Security Officer scheduling

CCTV/Video monitoring

Equipment tracking (i.e. radios, keys and vehicles)

Staff check-ins and check-outs

Account billing and updating

GPS tracking

Setting up special coverage
