Responsibilities Teach basic computer skills Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues Log all help desk interactions Redirect problems to appropriate resource

Experience and Qualifications Knowledge of Windows, Macs & the Internet. Must enjoy helping seniors. Patience & a sense of humour are great assets. Knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware and other equipment English and Punjabi/Hindi (Must) Requires police records check
