Overview Reporting to the Manager, Marketing and Communications, the intern will work with the Marketing and Communications team developing new knowledge and improving skills already acquired.

Responsibilities Write and review texts; Prepare presentations according to specific guidelines; Complete case studies; Assist in the documentation and/or preparation of business proposals; Contribute to research aimed at increasing business opportunities; Provide support to the sales team; Stay aware of current events in the industry and maintain a calendar; Follow-up with Newad communications in the media; Update the Newad website via CMS; Potentially perform duties in supporting departments (filing, photocopying and occasional reception replacement: less than 5% of total workload). The nature of the functions and objectives to be reached will be specified over the course of the first weeks of the internship.

Experience and Qualifications Bachelor degree in communications and/or journalism and/or marketing in progress; Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); Experience in an office environment; Knowledge of Photoshop (asset); Knowledge of written and spoken French (asset); Attention to detail; Team-oriented; Autonomous; Organized.
