Overview Legal Counsel -1, 2 or 3 Ministry of Justice Vancouver BC Salary based on years of call Consider this a high level, challenging legal position. The Human Rights Tribunal is an independent tribunal established by the Human Rights Code ("Code") to provide dispute resolution services in human rights matters. The Tribunal receives, mediates, and adjudicates complaints in human rights matters. Legal Counsel is responsible for providing the Tribunal and Tribunal Chair with effective legal advice, services and representation regarding complex legal issues related to the Tribunal's mandate under the Human Rights Code. If you have a thorough knowledge of the Human Rights Code and other relevant legislation we look forward to your application.
