Responsibilities Job Description Responsible for the daily operation of the grooming and cat skiing program on Saddle Mountain. With approval of the Director of Operations and Development, this will include supervision and training of other cat operators, preventive maintenance of the cats, co-ordination with the maintenance department, and scheduling of grooming and guest cat skiing. Responsible for administrative functions, implementing snowcat and grooming operation policies and procedures, and maintaining a proper and exemplary company image.

Experience and Qualifications 2 - 3 years experience with snowcat operations and/or maintenance.
Demonstrated ability to operate snowcat machinery.
Willing to work a flexible schedule coinciding with guest numbers and weather conditions.
Applied skills in managing people, working with precision and accuracy, and decision making.
Attributes include energetic personality, punctuality, and good grooming standards.
