Responsibilities DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Researching, recommending & planning unique itineraries; arranging accommodations, airline or car rental bookings and other travel related services for clients
Guiding clients to determine best-suited destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, financial considerations, accommodations and travel experiences.
Commitment to continuing education on destinations, cruise products, airline rules & regulations, current affairs and how they may affect client travel plans
Book domestic and international reservations for air travel, rail tickets, hotel, car rentals, cruises, tours and other travel services.
Commitment to using the tools, technology and services provided by our travel partners
Advising clients about passports, vaccinations, visas, foreign currency, travel insurance, excursions in resorts, etc.
Build continuing relationships with clients to provide superior customer service.
Keep abreast of developments in destination countries which may adversely affect travel plans.

Experience and Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 5+ years upscale Leisure sales experience
Strong domestic and international travel knowledge
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to listen to the customer's needs.
Excellent attention to detail
Decisive and successful problem solving skills is necessary
Computer reservations experience required, AMADEUS experience an asset
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
Excels in a team environment
