Overview We are seeking a professional with strong technical and management skills to lead the CAD services in this area of our engineering practice using the latest technology for meeting municipal regulations in areas such as large subdivision development design and major project site development. To support our consulting activity in this area we are seeking an individual with training and experience in preparing detailed engineering drawings, site development plans, technical drawings, exhibits and overall support to project teams.

Experience and Qualifications Qualifications:
Proficient in AutoCAD. Knowledge of civil designs and an understanding of industry codes, standards, and construction methods. Land development design experience. Minimum 5 years experience. Ability to handle multiple tasks. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Team-oriented and a creative thinker. Keen decision-making abilities. Previous experience mentoring and coaching junior/intermediate level designers and technical professionals.
